Natasha Bassill

With 17 years of customer service experience, including her most recent role as Office Administrator for a financial services company, Natasha Bassill has supported every facet of company operations. She assisted the President, Paraplanner, and HR Benefits Manager to ensure smooth and effective processes. Natasha’s organizational expertise and proactive support brought value across the organization, taking pride in applying these skills to enhance daily operations.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, specializing in Educational and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her studies emphasized effective learning practices for long-term memory retention, in addition to courses that enhanced her understanding of workplace productivity and employee satisfaction. Driven by her dedication to structured planning and team support, Natasha transitioned into financial services. At New Aspect Financial Services, Natasha continues to apply her skillset to support the Senior Partners and Retirement Plan Consultants.

Originally from Los Angeles, Natasha now resides in Cambria, California. Natasha enjoys traveling with family, crafting, dance and attending the San Francisco Ballet. Natasha is excited to be part of the New Aspect Financial Services team and looks forward to providing high level, thoughtful and detailed support to all clients.
