Cherish French

Cherish French is a seasoned Employee Benefits Account Manager and Human Resources Consultant with New Aspects Financial Services. Cherish brings over 20 years of specialized expertise in Employee Benefits, including the design, underwriting, negotiation, and management of comprehensive benefit programs. She collaborates closely with Karin Alvarado, Shawn Campas, and Roberta Raasveld, providing strategic guidance in benefit plan design, compliance, workers’ compensation, recruitment, and EEO and HRIS reporting.

Prior to joining New Aspects Financial Services, Cherish spent 11 years at Living Benefits, Inc., where she managed group and individual health benefits as well as group retirement plans. Her experience also includes significant roles focused on employee benefits and client service. Her time at CIGNA Healthcare, where she served as a customer service representative, HIPAA administrator, and appeals processor, developed her commitment to client advocacy and in-depth healthcare benefits management. She has also held roles with Omega World Travel, Jefferson Davis Reconstructive, Plastic, and Cosmetic Surgery, and Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, which enhanced her expertise in benefits administration and human resources.

Cherish holds insurance licenses in Georgia, Virginia, California, and Michigan, alongside certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is also certified as a Cyber Security Analyst.

Together with her husband, Jeremy, Cherish has raised four children and now enjoys spending time with their two grandchildren and bulldogs, Adelaide and Jade.
